With over 15 years of recruitment experience, backed with a Bachelor of Commerce in HR and armed as a Chartered Professional in Human Resources and a Certified Talent Management Practitioner, she is equipped to deliver tailored solutions for your business needs. With her roots firmly planted in the potash industry she channeled her passion, ambition, and vast network into establishing Hughes Recruitment, with a goal to redefine the way recruitment and HR Consulting is approached.
Her commitment to excellence is evident by the continual investment in not only her own, but her team's professional development, positioning Hughes' at the forefront of industry trends and best practices. Guided by her leadership, Hughes has flourished all while ensuring the companies core values shine through.
